For example, slider nut + hexagon socket head bolt, T-shaped nut + hexagon socket head bolt, square nut + flat machine bolt, hexagon socket stud + square nut, slider nut + flat machine bolt can be selected according to the bearing strength of the frame.

It should be noted that only when flange nuts and square nuts are used, the nuts are groove corner parts, and other matching methods. The nuts are locked in the groove, so they can be divided into front nut series and rear nut series. The specific installation difference is that the rear nut needs to be inserted into the predetermined position of the profile groove before installation, and then tighten the bolts; The front nut is to fix the bolt in the profile groove first, and then screw the nut on the bolt.

Corrosion resistance
The density of aluminum profile is only 2.7g/cm3, which is about 1/3 of that of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/ cm3, 8.93g/ cm3, respectively). In most environmental conditions, including in air, water (or salt water), petrochemistry and many chemical systems, aluminum can show excellent corrosion resistance.
conductivity

Thermal conductivity

Processability

Formability
The allowable deformation is controlled by specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and corresponding processing hardening rate.
Recyclability
Aluminum has high recovery, and the characteristics of recycled aluminum are almost the same as that of primary aluminum.
